Lee Stuart is an ex-Royal Navy Marine who turned to fitness to maintain his physical and mental health. At the start of COVID-19, he streamed his daily HIIT training sessions to Facebook and developed a fast-growing loyal following on his Facebook Group, titled RapidFit.
